Redesigned, remanufactured, and upgraded SUN RAM 11 2WD Dyno with SP5 Controller package for sale.

RAM 11 long roller frame fabricated into properly engineered heavy duty sheet steel chassis allowing it to run above or in-ground. All laser aligned and welded on a welding jig table.

Knurled load rollers, for superior grip, and dynamically balanced to higher specification, making this one of the smoothest RAM 11 chassis out there when compared with original setup.

Optimised roller spacing for greater ground clearance, stability and increased grip.

Mechanically and electrically serviced eddy brake, completely stripped, with coils tested for leakage and mechanical integrity, new C3 higher tolerance bearings installed, with upgraded viton seals, all dynamically balanced to higher spec.

New fasteners and fittings.

19” rack cabinet with isolator and brake output.

5bar vac/boost pressure sensor.

10bar oil/fuel compatible pressure sensor.

2 x EGT K-type thermocouples and glands – 1100C.

2 x Small Bead K-type thermocouples – 300C.

4 x Spare K-type inputs

Wideband AFR controller and tailpipe adapter.

2 x 0-30V voltage probes (fuel pump measurement etc)

2 x RPM pick-ups.

Automatic weather station (Bar, Pressure, Humidity) for continual atmospheric compensations.
